i was frustrated the thermostat could not be controlled in the room it was too hot to sleep and no fans were available someone smoked in the room next door at 11 pm and again at 6 am it smelled gross i opened the window because of this but bright street light shone in my face and i could hear people outside

I liked how the hotel offered a regular airport shuttle service. This hotel has a good location near the airport. My room was also pretty quiet, so I got good rest before my flight.
The breakfast that early was not great and not much to choose. The selection available at this time had a noticeable difference.

The staff was super helpful. I even checked in early, really nice of them. The restaurant was quite good to, and the staff were very friendly and the service were fast. The airport shuttle service and the pool are the reasons I booked it.
The soap and shampoo bottles was nearly empty upon arrival. I found a stained towel and some hairs in the shower. I only stayed for a short time though, because I had an early flight.

The room felt quite dated. The furniture looked worn and the carpet had some questionable stains. also, the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms far too easily. the noise was more than a minor inconvenience. It seriously affected my ability to relax and sleep

The complimentary airport shuttle was prompt. It departs directly from the hotel entrance. The room was very clean, modern and bright. I especially liked the bright lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. The TV in the room was a great size.
I noticed the hard floor in the room offered less sound insulation than carpeted floors.

the free airport shuttle was punctual. it made my early morning flight much easier. the room had very good lighting in both the main area and the bathroom! it was very rare but really useful for getting ready.
the headboard had light switches in a place where my pillow bumped them? i accidentally turned the lights on twice during the night because of this.
